Take or Leave – How to Play

A fast-paced multiplayer dice game about pressure, greed and timing.

The Goal

Be the first player to reach exactly 10,000 points.

You get to 10,000 by banking scores, first score you can bank has to be more then 800 points. After that you're free to bank any score.

Whenever you bank a score the player after you can take over. So make sure there aren't to many dice left.

Basic Scoring

Single scoring dice keep your turn alive.

50 Points

1s and 5s are the core scoring dice.

Three of a Kind

Three matching dice score big points

1000 Points


Other triples are worth the dice value × 100.

The Push Your Luck Mechanic

This is where the game becomes dangerous.

Step 1 – Roll

Roll all available dice and collect any scoring combinations.

Step 2 – Decide

Bank your points safely... or continue rolling the remaining dice.

Step 3 – Risk It

If you fail to roll scoring dice, you bust and lose the entire turn.

BUST

If a roll contains no scoring dice, your turn immediately ends and all unbanked points are lost.

Exactly 10,000

You must land on exactly 10,000 points to win the game.

If you overshoot 10,000, you bust the turn and score nothing.

Sometimes the safest move is banking early.

High scores become extremely dangerous near the finish line.

Strategy Tips

Take or Leave is not just about rolling well. It’s about knowing when to stop.

Bank Small Wins

Surviving multiple turns is often stronger than chasing huge rolls.

Pressure Opponents

Force opponents into risky decisions by staying ahead.

Know When To Stop

The hardest skill in the game is walking away from a hot streak.
